These terms govern the GoalieNow app and website provided by Seventh Software LLC, Newark, New Jersey, United States. Contact support@goalie-now.com. By choosing to accept these terms, you agree to them.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Use a name you are entitled to use, limited to 20 characters. Do not impersonate someone, evade a suspension or let another person misuse your account. Tell us about unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
Community rules and content
Our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards form part of this agreement. You must not post or send illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive or infringing material; expose private information without permission; solicit minors; spam or scam others; or interfere with the service. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming and child sexual abuse material are prohibited without exception. Do not upload intimate images without consent or photos you lack permission to share. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Seventh Software LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and deliver that content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the service and carry out your sharing choices. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy and copies others have independently saved. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to share it.
Games, safety and organizers
GoalieNow helps players connect. It does not supervise matches, inspect facilities, provide insurance, guarantee attendance, verify every player or employ goalkeepers. Organizers must obtain venue permission, describe games accurately and communicate changes. Players must assess the venue, conditions, equipment, health and ability to participate. Soccer involves risks including injury; participation is voluntary. Nothing here waives a right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. For immediate danger, contact emergency services, not app support.
Fees and purchases
This release does not process match payments or sell subscriptions. A listed goalkeeper rate is an indication for discussion and is not a charge, guarantee or completed booking. A request must be accepted and arrangements confirmed. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing period, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase, and applicable store payment rules will apply. No future subscription is authorized by accepting these terms.
Moderation, reporting and appeals
Use Report on a post, player or conversation to flag a concern. Use Block on a player profile to stop direct contact and hide that player in your experience. You can also contact support@goalie-now.com. We may restrict content or accounts, remove content, investigate reports and cooperate with authorities as required by law. Reports are private and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome. You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting support with the account and decision details. Do not send unlawful images or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Service availability and responsibility
We may update the app, repair issues or limit access for security, abuse prevention or legal reasons. We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every user contribution. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without additional warranties. We do not exclude mandatory consumer warranties or liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law.
Ending use, law and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and limited retention. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, safety risks or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate. New Jersey law governs these service terms to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights of your place of residence remain available; these terms do not require arbitration or waive class action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance before continued community participation.
