Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your GoalieNow account and associated data from the app or without reinstalling it. No purchase is required.
Delete inside the app
Sign in, open You → Settings → Your account, type DELETE and choose Delete my account. For security, you may need to sign out and sign in again immediately before deletion. Review the confirmation carefully: deletion cannot be undone.
Request deletion on the web
Email support@goalie-now.com from the email associated with your GoalieNow account with subject “Delete my GoalieNow account”. State that you want the account and associated data deleted. You do not need to reinstall the app. If you cannot access that email, explain the issue without sending identity documents; we will help verify ownership securely. You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting the whole account. We acknowledge requests and explain any verification or legally required retention before completing them.
What is removed and what may remain
Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, authored posts and uploaded photos, private settings and device notification tokens. Your messages are removed from active conversations; shared rosters may retain a non-identifying former-player entry. Copies independently saved by another user cannot be recalled. Limited information may be retained for a documented legal obligation or safety/fraud matter, with access restricted to that purpose. Provider logs and backups expire according to their retention cycles. We will explain any applicable exception and confirm completion of a verified support request.
