Apple App Store license
For copies of GoalieNow distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies. Read the full agreement at Apple Standard EULA. This page does not replace that agreement with a custom Apple EULA. GoalieNow’s Terms of Use govern the community service subject to applicable law and the Standard EULA. Apple is not the operator of the GoalieNow community.
Android and other authorized distributions
For an authorized copy distributed outside Apple’s App Store, Seventh Software LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GoalieNow on devices you own or control for its intended purpose, subject to the Terms of Use and applicable store usage rules. The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain rights not expressly granted. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, bypass security, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
Support, updates and third-party services
Seventh Software LLC provides app support through support@goalie-now.com. Your app store, device maker or network provider does not undertake GoalieNow’s maintenance or support obligations. Updates may be needed for security or compatibility. Third-party services accessed through the app have their own terms; you must comply with applicable network and service terms when using them.
Data, termination and legal rights
The Privacy Policy describes actual data practices; this license does not authorize undisclosed data collection. Your license ends if you stop using and remove the app or if access is lawfully terminated for a material violation. Ending the license does not remove the account automatically; use the account-deletion control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For non-Apple distributions, the warranty, responsibility and governing-law provisions of the Terms of Use apply to the extent permitted by law.
